Processing of personal data

On the official information website of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia, your personal data is processed in accordance with the procedure defined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia 'On the Protection of Personal Data.' The processes of personal data processing, storage, and archiving are carried out in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Armenia, sub-legislative normative legal acts, as well as the guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia on 'Personal Data Processing by State Bodies.' The data you provide to the State Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia will be used exclusively for official or work-related purposes and will not be used for personal or any other purposes. If provided, access to your personal data will be limited to a certain number of employees, based on their official or work-related duties concerning the processing of personal data. The Service applies appropriate methods and security measures for the collection, storage, and processing of data to protect it from unauthorized intrusion, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. If you believe that your rights have been violated in any way regarding the protection of personal data, you can file a relevant complaint with the authorized body responsible for personal data protection, which is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
